Sort & sell as commodities
Aggregate mixed waste from 9 Pakuwon mall properties. Sort via MRF partner into recyclables, organics, and RDF. Report tonnage and diversion monthly.
A young Indonesian sustainability collective tackling the country's waste crisis through creative, systemic thinking — connecting brands, institutions, and communities to circular economy solutions.
Each route runs against a specific opportunity to close the loop.

Transform unrecyclables
Multilayer and mixed plastics — sachets, snack wrappers, single-use films — have no commercial recycling market in Indonesia. Ecobricks for Earth shreds that fraction, blends it with cement, and cures it into structural building units.
Upcycling organics through biological solutions
Organic waste is generated wherever there is a F&B outlet, and it encompasses around 40% of all waste generated in Indonesia. We are actively sourcing partners to source organic waste and upcycle them into high value circular protein and fertilizer to close the loop.
Learning, raising awareness & building talent
The waste problem is generational. We are learning from global institutions, setting benchmarks, then working with the right local organizations to deploy newly learned systems and help foster the next decade of circular economy talent.
To build a generation of innovators who turn scrap into sustainable materials — and create measurable impact.
We work with any group interested in maximizing value from waste and are ready to build something today.
